Week 1

TRANSFORM YOUR TEAM is an experiential program built on Patrick Lencioni’s concepts in his runaway best sellers The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, and Silos, Politics and Turf Wars. This program is a FastForward Coaching exclusive.

During the weeks ahead, we’ll open your doors to a fresh vision of how your team can come together utilizing five fundamentals that will lead your team from dysfunctional to High Performing!

“Finding out that the seemingly endless list of workplace stresses are really just one of 5 dysfunctions is a great relief. And you have the tool to fix them. I was able to leave with a common purpose shared by my whole team.”

Week 2

“Teamwork remains the ultimate competitive advantage both because it is so powerful and so rare.” — Patrick Lencioni
Let us help you move toward greatness!

“The program was extremely effective as delivered.”

Week 3

In his runaway bestseller, The Five Dysfunctions of a Team Lencioni identifies the five root causes for team dysfunction.
Our coaches will lead you to overcome The Five Dysfunctions of a Team.

“Helpful, eye opening, what I learned will be useful in my personal and professional life”

Week 4

In Silos, Politics and Turf Wars, Lencioni addresses the costly and maddening issue of silos, the barriers that create organizational politics.

Our workshop will help you flatten the silos, remove politics and eliminate turf wars leading to commitment, accountability and results.

Week 5

Developing your High Performing Team involves two integrated frameworks:
1. The first is designed to address the interpersonal behavioral changes need to support high-performance team work.
2. The second is designed to provide a strategic focus and direction for the work of the team and team management.

We help you build on the strengths of your team.

“Excellent facilitators. They kept us engaged and held us accountable for our actions.”

Week 6

We’ve taken Lencioni’s work one step further by developing a highly interactive workshop that not only introduces the concepts, but implements the solutions.

“The program brought to the surface that there is a difference between working with people, and working as a team. Working as a team is effective and leads to results.”

Week 7

Developing a High Performing Team is a process that involves two integrated frameworks:
1. The first is designed to address the interpersonal behavioral changes needed to support high-performance teamwork.
2. The second is designed to provide a clear strategic focus and direction for the work of the team and team management..

“The instructors were knowledgeable and enthusiastic. They brought tremendous energy to the workshops. They did an excellent job.”

Week 8

Trust is the foundation. Behavior is the key. Mastering conflict, commitment and accountability are the results of high performing teams.

Next week we will show you the picture.

Week 9

Insert the two integrated slides.

It’s time to talk so we can fully understand the results you desire. Change doesn’t happen without action. It’s time to take action.

Week 10

You’ll create your team’s Thematic Goal and a Balanced Scorecard. Red light, yellow light, green light; it’s that simple!

“I will share with my colleagues that I learned working as a team is effective and leads to results.”

Week 11

Real accountability doesn’t happen without trust. Trust doesn’t happen without vulnerability. Vulnerability doesn’t happen without the tools. FastForward provides you with the tools, solutions and the process. You own the results of a high performing team!

Debbie Charlton and Robin Schuh are the master coaches/consultants that have created this program. Susan Hewitt has led the teams on day one with behavioral awareness through the Meyers-Briggs assessment process. Central to the program’s incredible positive results are Lencioni’s works “The Five Dysfunctions of a Team” and “Silos, Politics and Turf Wars”. Trust and accountability are hallmarks of continual improvement. Self management and inspiration permeate and inspire others to be accountable and achieve at much higher levels.

Team insights speak for themselves. “Finding out that the seemingly endless list of workplace stresses are really just one of 5 dysfunctions is a great relief. And you have the tools to fix them. I was able to leave with a common purpose shared by my whole team.”

During the days ahead, we’ll open your doors to a fresh vision of how your team can come together utilizing 5 fundamentals that will lead your team from dysfunctional to High Performing.

Remember, this is a blog, so please share your vision, insights and thoughts to living a more intentional life. Initial consultations are free; please contact us to help you achieve greater success.
